Complaint:	Due to the fault on the motorway's Axle Load, the driver couldn't weigh the truck. On his arrival at Nsawam, he weighed and had two (2) tons excess. He was therefore fined GH 200.00. Now when the driver got to Kumasi, the operator was asking him to pay another GH 200.00.
Resolution status note:	As the Regional Coordinator said, after hearing the operator, he ordered that the driver should be released. So the driver called later to confirm his release

Complaint:	The police pursued a driver and when he stopped the started beating him, just because the driver said he'll not get down from the vehicle. The in-charge certain carporal Ofori odered that the driver should be handcuffed together with the mate. They put both of them in their car to somwhere in the middle of the road (bush).
Resolution status note:	The driver called arround 12 noon to confirm his release.

Complaint:	A mate was beaten and locked up by the immigration officers. Just because the mate mistakenly went to their office instead of the Burkina immigration to prepare some documents for the truck.
Resolution status note:	From morning, The mate had been in the immigration Custody till 4:54 in the evening before the driver called to confirm their release. But the immigration officers kept the money which was given the mate ( 5000FCFA) before releasing them
