Complaint: The driver was asked by the police to pay GH 5.00 without any explanation.
Status note: Two minutes later the driver was released without checking the tools the police were requesting for.
Progress update note: When speaking to a certain Sergent Mowak, he told GSA staff that the driver does not have fire extinguisher, reflectors and warning triangle. But the driver said he had all these tools.

GSA staff then asked the driver to show all these to the police.
