Complaint

The driver carrying cattle got to the check point. The collected his papers and told him he took overload because there were three (3) people in the cabinet with the driver.  

Status note

Few minutes later, the driver called to confirm his release.  

Progress update note

The System Administrator (GSA staff) asked the police what the problem was and he was told that the driver had taken overload, that is five (5) instead of three (3). GSA staff later asked the police if there was a problem with the driver's papers and he replied No!

GSA staff therefore advised the driver on the number of people he is supposed to have in the cabinet. After that he explained to the police that this is a minor offense so he should allow the driver to continue the journey.
