Complaint

The Customs asked the driver to pay GH 20.00 for the empty container he was carrying.  

Status note

About two minutes later,the driver was given his papers to continue his journey.  

Progress update note

When called, GSA staff tried speaking to the Customs officer but the latter refused to cooperate. Then GSA staff asked the driver to demand for the name of the village. It was then that the custom officer sent the driver's mate to call him to come for his papers and leave.
