Complaint: The driver got to tye checkpoint, slowed down and was signaled by one to continue. As he was going another officer pursued him saying he faiked to stop, therefore he should pay GH 300.00 if not he would be put to court on Monday.  
Resolution status note: After explanation by GSA staff, the driver was released.

Complaint: The driver's truck got broken down and he reported to the Customs. Now after repairing the Truck He went to Custom to retrieve his papers. But Customs asked the driver to pay GH 200.00 before he could take his documents.

Complaint: The drivers (2) were kept but the police because they stopped them and they didn't stop on the spot.
According to the drivers, since it wasn't a barrier they didn't know the police were there. This prevented them from stopping right where they were.

Complaint: Thdriver was stopped and asked to provide his papers, which he did. The Police, after checking and seeing that there was no problem with the papers requested for fire extinguisher and warning triangle. These also the driver provided but the officer threw the warning triangle in the bush saying that it was broken.

Complaint: The driver had an accident on the 26th February 2019. He reported to the Police and then to the Customs. The Customs requested that he presents a paper from the Police which the driver did.
Now the day the truck was ready for the driver to continue his journey, Customs at Kumasi asked that the driver pays GH 300 before they could give him his papers.
 
Resolution status note: After about ten (10) minutes, the driver called to confirm his release
