Complaint: The driver was kept at the checkpoint for about 10 hours because the police claimed his carte grise internationale was fake.
Status note: After the confirmation from OTRAF, the driver was released
Progress update note: When called GSA staff asked that the police allow the driver to take picture of the carte grise and send it to him for verification.

GSA staff called the Burkina driver Union (OTRAF) for verification and was told the document was original.

He later confirm this to the police and asked that the driver be allow to proceed
