Police kept driver at checkpoint from 7pm to 10pm because of GH 2.00

OTRAF called GSA staff to intervene because he tried speaking to the police in vain. so GSA was later called by the driver but officers refused to take the phone and talk to him.
The police later asked the driver to get up so that they take him to court.
Upon hearing this, GSA staff asked the drivr to follow them to the court and call him once they get there.
When the driver told the Police he was ready to go to the court with them, they gave him his papers.
