Progress update note
When called, GSA staff asked for the officer in-charge' phone number. When GSA staff called the officer, the latter claimed there was a testing officer coming from Techiman to test the truck before it could move. He said the driver had to pay GH 500.00 for the testing.

He further said there were two passengers injured in a taxi which was trying to avoid the truck and entered into a ditch.

GSA staff called the taxi driver, who told him that it was only one person whose forehead hit the windscreen. The driver confirmed that the victim said he wasn't feeling any pain and didn't want to go the hospital.

GSA staff gave a phone number made available by the IGP for reporting police unprofessional conducts on the road to the representative of the Burkina drivers Union, so as to report the incident.

The following day, The Inspector in charge of Jema police station (Inspector Prince) spoke angrily, with insulting words to GSA staff because he received a call from the Head Quarters querying him of asking for money.
