Complaint
The driver got to the checkpoint, and presenting his papers, added GH 2.00 as a sign of encouraging the Officers. But the Police rejected the GH 2.00 and said unless he paid GH 10.00.  
Status note
The driver was released after the intervention of GSA  
Progress update note
When questioned, the in-charge of the checkpoint told GSA staff that he wasn't aware of what was going on. He said he was about to check the driver's papers when he brought the phone to him. He later assured GSA staff to release the driver right after the check.
However, they denied asking for the driver to pay GH 10.00.
