Status note: After few minutes, the driver was released
Progress update note: When GSA staff called, the police said that that driver's tires were warned out therefore they were taking the driver to court. However, they denied asking for money.

Later GSA staff called to know which court the driver was being taken to but officer was not able to mention it.
