The driver got to the Police checkpoint and went to them with his papers and GH 2.00 as encouragement.
The officers said unless he gave GH 5.00 they would not allow him to go.

When the driver called GSA staff, the latter asked to speak to the Police. The officer who took the phone claimed the driver was misbehaving, that is why they delayed him.
GSa staff then advised the driver on their attitude towards the police on the road.
