Complaint:	The driver got to the Police barrier and was checked. While he was crossing the barrier, the back of his truck touched the barrier which fell on the ground. According to the driver nothing happened to the barrier but the Police took his papers to their station and were intimidating him to pay some money if not they would put him behind the bars.
