Three tankers passed through a barrier and the Police pursued and stopped the third vehicle and asked him to pay an unspecified amount.

While interacting with the officer, the latter told GSA staff that the driver hit their barrier. GSA staff then asked the driver to follow the officers to barrier. The Police, instead of taking the driver to the barrier, went to the opposite direction. They went to far distance and brought the driver back before giving him back his papers.
