Complaint: The Police seized driver's papers without any explanation.
Status note: few minutes after GSA staff intervention, the driver was released
Progress update note: GSA staff speaking to the officer was told that there was a discrepancy in the international license number. That is the one on the license differs from that on the laissez passer.

GSA staff explained to the officer that it may be an error from Customs since the drivers don't take their papers to the customs themselves but send their agents.
