Complaint: The Police stopped the driver and after checking said that the motorway weigh certificate was not stamped. He asked the driver to pay an unspecified amount.
Status note: The driver was released
Progress update note: When called, GSA staff asked the officer to let the driver take a picture of the weigh certificate and send to him on whatsapp, but the officer refused.

After that attempt, the officer gave the papers to driver.
