Complaint
Driver's tires got burst and the truck stuck in the midle of the road. A police officer came to the scene, took the driver's papers away because he did not place warning triangles in front and back of the truck.  
Status note
The driver was released after GSA staff intervention the following morning (23rd September), since the incidence happened in the evening of 22nd.  
Progress update note
GSA staff spoke to the arresting officer so as to seek the release of the driver.
