The driver had an accident on the 26th February 2019. He reported to the Police and then to the Customs. The Customs requested that he presents a paper from the Police which the driver did.
Now the day the truck was ready for the driver to continue his journey, Customs at Kumasi asked that the driver pays GH 300 before they could give him his papers. |

The Police, after checking and seeing that there was no problem with the papers requested for fire extinguisher and warning triangle. These also the driver provided but the officer threw the warning triangle in the bush saying that it was broken. |
