The driver got to the checkpoint. The police took the Customs papers from him and asked him to pay GH 5.00.

When GSA staff called the driver after few minutes, the latter confirmed his release

GSA staff, speaking to one of the officers was asked to call back in one (1) minute since the arresting officer wasn't around.
The said officer called back and told GSA staff that they were checking the driver's papers and assured him that they were releasing the driver.
Few minutes later, GSA staff called the driver who confirmed his release.
