Complaint: The driver got to the checkpoint and the police without requesting for his qsked him to pay GH 5.00 and go. The officer told the driver that without the money he won't move.
Status note: About two minutes later the driver called to confirm his release.
Progress update note: GSA staff upon hearing this asked to speak to the police but the latter refused to take the phone and asked the driver to bring his papers for check.
