The driver's truck got broken down and he reported to the Customs. Now after repairing the Truck He went to Custom to retrieve his papers. But Customs asked the driver to pay GH 200.00 before he could take his documents.

After Mr. Teteh's call to the Kumasi Customs, the driver was given his papers.

When called GSA staff asked to speak to the Customs Officers but they unanimously refused to take the phone.
GSA staff then called Mr. Emmanuel Teteh to report the incidence to him. The latter requested for the driver's and the truck's details.
Few minutes later, Mr. Teteh called GSA staff and asked him to tell the driver to go back the Customs.
This was done by GSA staff.
