NTB Type: 8.4. Transport related corruption
Complaint: The driver was stopped by the Police and upon checking his papers the officers noticed that his "carte grise and permis international" have expired whilst he was still in the port.
Status note: Few minutes after, the driver called to confirm his release
Progress update note: GSA staff explained to the Police that this was not deliberate from the driver since his papers got expired when he was still waiting for goods in the port.

The officer agreed with GSA staff and asked him to advise the driver on this, which he did.
