Complaint: Police stopped the driver and claimed to have received a signal from his colleagues that the driver drove through the red light. The driver agued that he never did and suggested a check from the monitor conected to the camera.  
Resolution status note: While GSA staff was uploading the complaint unto the platform, the driver called to report that the officers asked him to pay money and go but he told them until the truth is disclosed he wouldn't pay anything. Upon hearing this the Police released the driver.

Complaint: Immigration Officers at Techiman toll boot stopped four (4) trucks and asked them to pay GH 10.00 each. When the drivers said they did not have money, the Officers demanded that the drivers' mated provide their ID cards. After providing the ID cards, the Officers claimed that the ID cards should have been stamped by their officials at the border.  
Resolution status note: Few minutes after this intervention, the drivers were released.

Complaint: The driver's Carte grise was exchanged with another at the entrance of Walewale without his knowledge. At this barrier, the mistake was noticed by the Police. The driver tried to explain to the officers in vain. So he reported to GSA.

Complaint: These drivers on their way to Togo for loading were stooped by the Police at Adomi Bridge. After checking all their papers the police demanded that one of them pay GH 300.00 because a small portion of his windscreen is cracked.

Complaint: The Police stopped the driver and asked him to some money. The claimed the goods were not in transit and therefore showed the driver 2 different amount depending on whether the goods were from the port or from a factory.

Complaint: The truck broke down on the 11/5/2023, and the driver reported to the Customs at Yapei. Upon finishing repair, the driver went back to the Customs to retrieve hi papers but the Officers requested for GH 400.00.
Because of that, the driver could not continue his journey till they reported to GSA on the 15th May 2023.

Complaint: The Head of Freight and Logistics Department called the officer in charge of the NTBs monitoring E-platform suggesting a possible broken down truck on the Kumasi road.
The Officer upon hearing this called the Rep from OTRAF for further clarification.
The Rep. from OTRAF confirmed the incident which happened at Konongo.
