Complaint number: NTB-000-542
NTB Type: Other type: Request for repair of damaged road
Complaint: The truck broke down and obstructed the road forcing other road users to maneuver around it. This situation ended up damaging part of the road.

When reported to the Ghana Highways Authority, an estimate of Six Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty-Five (6,335.00) was issued to the driver to that effect.
Progress update note: GSA received the complaint through the Representative of Burkina Faso Shippers' Council.

GSA contacted the Police officer whose phone number was provided. The latter explained the issue and provided the Municipal Works Engineer (Eng. Mussa) who worked with GHA to draft the estimate.

GSA called the engineer and requested the phone number of the GHA's office.

GSA tried severally to retrieve the GHA's Officer's phone number from the Engineer but could not get him on the phone; His phone was not reachable.
