The driver got the barrier and presented his documents to the Police. After checking the documents, the Police requested to check the driver's first aid box, which was presented. The Police alleged that the driver had no thermometer and instructed him to get it from the nearest town before he could proceed, or he paid an unspecified amount of money.

When questioned, the Police denied requesting for money but claimed the driver had no cotton and betadine.
GSA then requested the driver to send them a picture of the items in his first aid box.
GSA found from the picture that the driver had all the required items in the box.
GSA then requested that the Police release the driver.
