Complaint

The Police delayed the driver because his International Permit and Carte grise have expired. The Police demanded GHS 500.00

Few minutes later the driver called to confirm his release.  

Progress update note

The driver reported the incident to GSA. When GSA called back, it was told that the driver was taken to Nandoli Police Station.

GSA later added their voice to the driver's to plead for the driver's release, acknowledging that the driver's documents had expired.

The Police agreed to release the driver.
