Complaint: The Police stopped the driver and delayed him for 30 minutes claiming he did not tie the container. The Officer requested that the driver paid an unspecified amount (l'argent).

GSA explained to the police that the trailer is equped with a hook to prevent the container from falling off.

GSA advised the driver to put the rope to secure the container, and he did.
