Complaint: The diver was stopped and requested to pay GH 300.00 because the Police claimed he did not have a trucking device on the truck, therefore it was not a transit cargo.
Status note: The driver was released after GSA"s intervention.

GSA explained to the Police that the cargo was an export from Ghana to Burkina Faso which falls withing the framework of the bilateral agreement on transport and road transit between the two countries.
