Complaint: The Police claimed the driver was over speeding, therefore asked him to pay an unspecified amount.
Status note: The driver was released.
Progress update note: The driver reported the case to GSA. GSA requested to speak to the Police but the latter objected.

GSA called back few minutes later and insisted to speak to the Police. While GSA was insisting to talk to the Police, the driver was given his documents.
