Complaint

The driver got to place of weighing but continued his journey without stopping because neither the van nor the mobile weigher was there.
The driver was pursued with a pick-up and brought back to Doboro.

The driver reported the issue to GSA.

GSA explained to the Axle load operator that once neither the weigher nor the van was not there the driver could not be fined for failure to weigh.

Since the operator would not listen, GSA called the Axle Load Manager for his intervention.

The driver was released after few minutes
