The driver loaded yam and was heading to Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. Once at the barrier, the Police requested to see the customs documents covering the cargo, which the driver did not have at that moment.

The driver reported the issue to GSA. GSA's first attempt to speak with the Police failed
the
GSA finally got in touch with the Police and explained to them that the goods would be valuated by GRA-Customs Division at border before the requested document is issued.
The Police confirmed to have understood the process and agreed to release the driver.
