Complaint: The truck broke down and the driver reported to the Customs Office in Kimasi. The Officers at the Office requested that the driver submits the documents to their barrier at Nsutem till repair id completed.

Upon completion of repair work, the driver went the Nsutem Customs barrier to retrieve his documents nut was asked to pay GHS 500.00
Progress update note: When reported, GSA enquired from the Customs officers about what the GHS 500 were for. The officer could not explain.

GSA called about an hour later to follow up on the issue and found out that the driver was still at the barrier.
