Complaint: The driver got to the Customs barrier and gave GH 5.00 for the document, but Customs insisted that he paid GH 10.00. Due to this the driver was delayed for hours.
Status note: After about 3hours, the driver was released ater paying GH 10.00
Progress update note: The driver reported that issue to GSA. Every attempt made by GSA to communicate with the officers proved unsuccessful.
