NTB Type: Other type: Police delay
Complaint: The driver traversed the barrier without stopping, and the police chased and brought him back to the barrier. The Police delayed him for about an hour.
Status note: Few minutes after GSA's discussion with the Police, the driver called to confirm his release.
Progress update note: when the driver reported the matter to GSA, the latter interacted with the Officers and explained that the driver did that because he had not been stopped at any barrier apart from the Nandoli Police barrier.

After this explanation, the Police agreed to release the driver.
