Complaint: The police insisted that driver turned the truck back to their barrier because they claimed the truck hit the barrier. Due to this the driver was delayed for hours.
Status note: The Police released the driver.

GSA seeking clarity from the Police, was told that the driver knocked the barrier down but did not stop; reason why they requested that the driver returned to the barrier.
