NTB Type: Other type: Police Delay and attempt of extortion
Complaint: The driver submitted his documents for checks, but the Police claimed that he did not have any Customs paper covering the transit goods.
Status note: Few minutes later, the driver called to confirm his release.
Progress update note: The Police repeated the statement to GSA. GSA enquired from the driver if he had the Customs papers, to which the driver replied affirmative.

GSA then requested that the police carefully check from the documents submitted by the driver. A second checks revealed that the goods were covered by a Customs paper.

GSA then requested that the driver be immediately released.
