Complaint: The driver submitted hi documents for checks, but was told by the police that his license category was below the type of truck he was driving.
Status note: the driver was released
Progress update note: Upon receipt of this complaint, GSA requested to speak to the Police. The officers repeated what the driver told GSA.

But a check from the license which was sent to GSA by the driver revealed that the driver's license matched the type of truck he was driving.

GSA therefore requested that the driver should be allowed to continue his journey.
