Complaint: The driver's truck broke down and he reported to Nsutem Customs. Upon completion of repair works, the driver went to Customs to retrieve his documents but was asked to pay GH 500.00.
Status note: The driver was released.
Progress update note: The driver reportes the case to GSA.
GSA interacting with Customs was told that the amount was for the movement of officers who went to supervise the truck, justifying that they did not have an office car at that moment and therefore used public transport (taxi).

GSA then demanded for a reduction of the amount seeing that the driver had already incurred costs in repairing the truck.

Customs agreed that the driver give them what he could.
