The truck broke down on the 2nd August 2025 and the driver reported to the Kubease Customs. After the repair work was completed, the driver went back to the Customs to collect his papers to continue his journey on 4th but was requested to pay GH 600.00.

The driver reported the case to GSA. GSA speaking to one of the Customs officers was told that the senior Customs officer went out and that they would call GSA back when the latter returned.
GSA called on their focal point at the GRA-Customs Head Office to seek his intervention.
Few minutes later, the driver called to confirm his release.
