Complaint: The driver mistakenly hit the Police barrier down because the space left for passage was narrow. The Police requested driver to pay GH 600.00 for repair.
Status note: The driver was released after the intervention of the Regional Commander
Progress update note: The driver reported to GSA.
It was confirmed to GSA by the Police that the driver was to pay GH 600.00 for repair. GSA tried to request for a reduction, but the officers objected.

GSA proceeded to call their focal point at the Police Head Quarters, but the officers at the barrier were not cooperative.

GSA's focal point at the Police HQ had to provide the Bono East Regional Police Commander before the officers could allow the driver to proceed his journey.
