Complaint: The transit trying to overtake a faulty truck on a hill around Watchman entered into a headlong collusion with a taxi. The Jema Police took the drivers to the station.
The two drivers decided to amicably resolve the issue, which they did by agreeing that the truck driver pays GH 3,000.00.

After settling the taxi 6 driver, the Police requested the truck driver to pay additional GH 1,500.00 for the testing of the truck.

Progress update note: The truck driver reported the case to GSA.

GSA speaking to the Jema Police was told that the testing officer would come from DVLA. The Police further said that after the testing, they would process the case to court until the taxi driver submits a case withdrawal letter.

GSA then advised the truck driver to wait for the testing for negotiation before he paid any money for the testing.
