Complaint: The Transit driver and another vehicle scratched each other, and the other driver requested nothing from the transit driver. However, the Police came to scene and delayed the drivers for hours just to frustrate the foreign driver to pay some money

GSA's attempt to talk to the Officers proved futile.

The driver called after about 2 hours to confirm his release.
