NTB Type: Other type: Delay in container transfer from GJT to Transit Yard.
Complaint: The shipper's container was delayed in being transferred from the Golden Jubilee Terminal to the Transit Yard. The shippers sent the container details to GSA soliciting their intervention since their Agent was ready to receive the box.
Status note: The container transferred and this was confirmed by the shipper's Agent.
Progress update note: The shipper reported the incident to GSA Head Office. The Head Office referred the case to it Branch in Tema for a quicker intervention.

In less that 30 minutes, the shipper sent a voice message to the Head Office confirming the actual transfer of the container.
