THe Police stopped the three (3) truck drivers, checked their papers and requested that they pay GH 5.00 each, without any ex[planation.

The drivers reported the incident to GSA. While GSA sought to discuss with and find out from the Police what the problem was, the Police released the papers to the drivers.
