Complaint: The driver got to the police barrier, submitted his papers for check. The Police returned the papers to the driver, and when he was going the back of his truck touched the barrier which fell. According to the driver, there was not damage on the barrier, but the Police insisted that the driver paid some money.
Status note: After a long discussion the Police released the driver.
