Complaint

Two drivers got to the Police barrier gave their papers to their mates to be presented to the Officers. The mates were asked to add the carte grise, which they did. after receiving the carte grise, the police asked the mates to move back. One of the mate went back but then other didn't. This resulted in exchange of words, which escalated in the Officer slapping the mate.
