The driver called to report the way the police had kept his papers for many hours. Whilst talking to one of the Police Officers, GSA staff was told that the driver failed to stop. GSA staff tried to negotiate or even plead the officer to release the driver to no avail.
Finally, the Police Officer requested that the driver gives them one (1) gallon of Diesel.
Upon hearing that, GSA staff called Dr. Sasu Mensah from the Police Head Quarters whose intervention compelled the officers to release the driver immediately.
