Three (3) trucks got to the Police barrier and were asked to GH 5.00 without any explanation

One of the drivers called GSA staff to report the incident. GSA staff told the driver to spare the Officers few minutes for check and if after that they are not given their papers, he will then speak with the Police.
GSA staff called back few minutes later and spoke with the Police who claimed that they asked the drivers to pay because the trucks did not have reflectors. GSA staff then asked the Officer to know which law demands that the drivers pay money to Police when their truck do not have reflectors. The Officer could not reply but returned the phone to the driver.
