The driver got to the barrier, gave his papers to the Police who kept them because the driver could not pay the GH5.00 requested.

The Police speaking to GSA staff denied asking for money, but said that one of the truck's tires was warn out and the police asked the driver to change it.
GSA staff inquired from the driver who confirmed that. Because the driver did not have a good spare tire, GSA staff had to plead with the officers to release the driver.
