Progress update note: GSA staff intervening was asked by of the Officers if he wouldn't ask for reduction when he is given a price to pay for an time. GSA staff asked the officer to know which price is being debated? She could not respond, but gave the phone one of her colleagues.

The latter, upon hearing the earlier conversation told GSA staff that he see to it that the driver is released.
