Complaint: The Police stopped the driver and asked him to pay GH 50.00 because he didn't have scale papers.
Status note: The driver was released
Progress update note: The driver called GSA office to report the matter. Upon speaking to the Police, GSA staff was told that aside the scale paper from the port, the driver did not have any weighing certificate.
GSA staff had to plead on the driver's behalf before he could be released.
